POLICY SCOPE. 6.1. CDM comprises four local municipalities; namely: Polokwane, Blouberg, Lepelle-Nkumpi and Molemole. 6.2. This policy will be applicable to only four local municipalities which have entered into WSA/WSP agreement with CDM. 6.3. The policy must be read in conjunction with WSA/WSP SLAs.
