Common use of Policy Modifications Clause in Contracts

Policy Modifications. The parties understand that The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (“BWC”) may provide incentives to those employers implementing a Drug-Free Workplace Program. The Township shall have the right to modify the provisions of this Article 31 in order to qualify for any such BWC incentive, including premium discounts. The Union will cooperate with the Township in pursuing any such incentive. The Township will notify the Union of any required modifications prior to implementation.
