Pole Attachments. Where it has ownership or control to do so, CenturyLink will provide CLEC with access to available Pole Attachment space for the placing of facilities for the purpose of transmitting Telecommunications Services. 10.8.1.1.1 The term Pole Attachment means any attachment by CLEC to a pole owned or controlled by CenturyLink.
