Point Service Clause Samples

The Point Service clause defines the provision of services at a specific location or point designated by the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities of the service provider to deliver certain tasks or support at a particular site, such as on-premises technical assistance or maintenance. By specifying the location and nature of the service, the clause ensures both parties understand where and how the service will be rendered, reducing ambiguity and helping to manage expectations.
