Payment due will be made based upon prior six month enrollment data confirmed by subject CRFs received from the Institution and/or Physician supporting subject visitation. Final payment will be issued based upon verification of actual subject visits, and will be paid by Biogen Idec through the CRO to the Institution upon final acceptance by Biogen Idec of all CRFs pages, all data clarifications issued and resolved, the receipt and approval of any outstanding regulatory documents as required by CRO and/or Biogen Idec and upon satisfaction of all other applicable conditions set forth in the Agreement.
