Podcasts. (i) Circulation Lists; (j) sales and marketing strategies, plans, materials and documents related to the Business; (k) lists and databases of past, current and prospective vendors, and contractors of the Event (other than its legal, financial and tax advisors); and (l) all passwords and log-ins related to the foregoing; provided, that “Business Information” shall not include any knowledge or information that is or becomes publicly available (other than as a result of disclosure of such in information in violation of this Agreement).

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to applicable federal law, all Programming decisions, including the Programming listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto, shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Artwork Licensee must use the Java Logo(s) only in the exact form of approved camera-ready artwork or electronic artwork received from Oracle or Oracle's designee.

Although we strive to provide superior internet service and sufficient bandwidth to our residents, we are not responsible for slow internet or other residents taking up significant bandwidth. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INTERRUPT YOUR INTERNET SERVICE IN RESPONSE TO A BREACH OF THIS LEASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A FAILURE TO PAY RENT OR A VIOLATION OF THIS PARAGRAPH 6.

  • Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.
