POA Funds Sample Clauses

POA Funds. ‌ The Base Assessments collected by the POA shall be held by the POA (or by a management entity in the POA's name) and may be invested in interest bearing accounts or in certificates of deposit or other like instruments or accounts available at banks or other financial institutions, the deposits of which are insured by an agency or chartered corporation of the United States.
