Plurals. The use herein of the neuter pronoun in any reference to Landlord or Tenant shall be deemed to include any individual Landlord or Tenant, and the use herein of the words “successors and assigns” or “successors or assigns” of Landlord or Tenant shall be deemed to include the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of any individual Landlord or Tenant.
