Common use of Plurality Clause in Contracts

Plurality. All rights mentioned in the Agreement are cumulative and non-reciprocal. The waiver of the exercise of a right granted by one party to the other party to the Agreement shall never be construed as a waiver of the exercise of any other right hereby granted unless the text of a provision of the Contract does not indicate exceptionally the need for such a choice.
