Common use of Pledgor Instructions; Notice of Exclusive Control Clause in Contracts

Pledgor Instructions; Notice of Exclusive Control. So long as the Issuer has not received a Notice of Exclusive Control (as defined below), the Issuer may comply with instructions of the Pledgor or any duly authorized agent of the Pledgor in respect of the Securities. After the Issuer receives a written notice from the Rights Holder on behalf of the Secured Parties that it is exercising exclusive control over the Securities (a “Notice of Exclusive Control”), the Issuer will cease complying with instructions of the Pledgor or any of its agents.
