Common use of Pledgee May Perform Clause in Contracts

Pledgee May Perform. If an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, the Pledgee may itself perform, or cause performance of, any agreement contained herein, and the expenses of the Pledgee or such other performing party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Pledgor; provided, however, that the Pledgee shall have no obligation to perform or cause performance of any of the Pledgor's obligations hereunder or under any other Principal Document to which it is a party.

If Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuingDefault, should the Pledgor fail to perform any agreement contained herein, the Pledgee may may, but without any obligation to do so and without notice, itself perform, or cause performance of, any agreement contained hereinsuch agreement, and the expenses of the Pledgee or such other performing party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Pledgor; provided, however, that the Pledgee shall have no obligation to perform or cause performance of any of the Pledgor's obligations hereunder or Pledgor under any other Principal Document to which it is a partySection 17(b) hereof.
