Common use of Pledgee May Perform Clause in Contracts

Pledgee May Perform. If Pledgor fails to perform any obligation contained in this Agreement, Pledgee may itself perform, or cause performance of, such obligation, and the expenses of Pledgee incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Pledgor; provided that Pledgee shall not be required to perform or discharge any obligation of Pledgor.

Pledgee May Perform. If Pledgor fails to perform any obligation agreement contained in this Agreementherein, then, during an Event of Default, Pledgee may itself perform, or cause performance of, such obligationagreement, and the expenses of Pledgee incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Pledgor; provided that Pledgee shall not be required to perform or discharge any obligation of PledgorPledgor under Section 15(b) hereof.

If Pledgor fails to perform any obligation agreement contained in this Agreementherein, upon notice to Pledgor, Pledgee may itself perform, or cause performance of, such obligationagreement, and the reasonable expenses of Pledgee actually incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Pledgor; provided that Pledgee shall not be required to perform or discharge any obligation of PledgorPledgor under Section 10 hereof.

If the Pledgor fails to perform any obligation agreement contained in this Agreementherein after receipt of a written request from the Pledgee to do so, the Pledgee may (but shall have no obligation to) itself perform, or cause performance of, such obligation, and the reasonable expenses of the Pledgee incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Pledgor; provided that Pledgee shall not be required to perform or discharge any obligation of Pledgorthe Pledgor under Section 15(b) hereof.

If Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, should the Pledgor fails fail to perform any agreement contained herein, the Pledgee may, but without any obligation contained in this Agreementto do so and without notice, Pledgee may itself perform, or cause performance of, such obligationagreement, and the expenses of the Pledgee incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Pledgor; provided that Pledgee shall not be required to perform or discharge any obligation of Pledgorthe Pledgor under Section 17(b) hereof.
