Pledged Accounts. Except as set forth herein or in the applicable loan agreement(s), you may pledge any or all of the funds on deposit in an account as security for any loan(s) subject to then current loan policies. Further, a pledge of funds by any one of you shall be binding on all of you. You may not withdraw funds that are pledged as security on loan(s) without the written approval of a loan officer, except to the extent that such funds exceed your total primary and contingent liability to us. You may not withdraw any funds below the amount of your primary or contingent liability to us if you are delinquent as a borrower, or if borrowers for whom you are a cosigner, endorser, or guarantor are delinquent, without the written approval of a loan officer.
