PLEDGE OVER ALL SHARES. The Pledgee may at all times request from the Pledgor to hold a pledge over all Shares held by the Pledgor (and in the case of a merger an equivalent security interest over the shares in the surviving or, as the case may be, the new company) in accordance with all terms of this Agreement.
