Common use of Pledge of Security Clause in Contracts

Pledge of Security. Each Pledgor hereby pledges and assigns to Collateral Agent, for the equal and ratable benefit of the Creditors, and hereby grants to Collateral Agent, for the equal and ratable benefit of the Creditors, a Lien in, all of such Pledgor’s right, title, and interest in and to the following (the “Collateral”):

Pledge of Security. (a) Each Pledgor hereby pledges and assigns grants to the Collateral Agent, for the equal and ratable benefit of the Creditors, and hereby grants to Collateral Agent, for the equal and ratable benefit of the Secured Creditors, a Lien in, security interest in all of such Pledgor’s 's right, title, title and interest in and to the following (all of which being hereafter collectively referred to as the “"Pledged Collateral”"):
