Common use of Pledge of Cash Collateral Account Clause in Contracts

Pledge of Cash Collateral Account. The Assignors also hereby pledge and assign to the Assignee, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, and grant to the Assignee, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, a security interest in, the Cash Collateral Account and all of the Cash Collateral, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Pledge of Cash Collateral Account. The Assignors Assignor also hereby pledge pledges and assign assigns to the Assignee, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, and grant grants to the Assignee, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, a security interest in, the Cash Collateral Account and all of the Cash Collateral, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
