Common use of Pledge Amendments Clause in Contracts

Pledge Amendments. Pledgor shall, upon obtaining any additional membership interests or other securities required to be pledged hereunder promptly (and in any event within five (5) Business Days) deliver to the Administrative Agent such documents as the Administrative Agent reasonably may require to confirm the pledge hereunder of such additional collateral; provided that the failure of Pledgor to execute any such additional documents with respect to any additional Pledged Ownership Interests pledged pursuant to this Agreement shall not impair the security interest of the Administrative Agent therein or otherwise adversely affect the rights and remedies of the Administrative Agent hereunder with respect thereto.

Pledgor shall, upon obtaining any additional membership ownership interests or other securities required to be pledged hereunder promptly (and in any event within five ten (510) Business Days) deliver to the Administrative Agent such documents as the Administrative Agent reasonably may require to confirm the pledge hereunder of such additional collateral; provided that the failure of Pledgor to execute any such additional documents with respect to any additional Pledged Ownership Interests pledged pursuant to this Agreement shall not impair the security interest of the Administrative Agent therein or otherwise adversely affect the rights and remedies of the Administrative Agent hereunder with respect thereto.
