The Responsible Occupant also agrees and acknowledges that the private pool and spa, community pool, patio/deck, tennis courts and exercise rooms are dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury or death may occur to anyone who uses the premises. The Responsible Occupant and other guests of the responsible occupant acknowledge that use of the pool and spa amenities increase the risk of injury and/or death, and are not limited to the following: 1. Risk of drowning by immersion in water.
