Pleadings. Within thirty (30) days of the constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal, the Applicant must deliver to the Respondent and the Arbitral Tribunal a written statement (the “Claim”) concerning the Dispute setting forth, with particularity, its position with respect to the Dispute and the material facts upon which it intends to rely.
