Playing Field. The Stadium has a natural grass field and playing surface (the "Playing Field") and it shall be maintained to meet or exceed Professional Baseball Standards for Professional Baseball Clubs. Upon executing this Lease, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ accepts the Playing Field "as is". Lessee, in cooperation and consultation with Lessor, shall be responsible for ensuring that the Stadium and the Playing Field continue to meet Professional Baseball Standards.
