Playbook Generation. GTT’s SOC operates a standard set of playbooks that SOC Analysts will operate from for generated alarms and Security Events. During the onboarding process, GTT will also define with the Client the Security Incident Remediation processes for Security Incidents and identify any required custom playbooks. These will be updated as necessary during the Service period such that they reflect the correct points of contact and contact method (email, telephone, ticket updates) for alarm responses.
