Platform Ownership. User acknowledges that the structure, organization, and code of the Platform and all related software components are proprietary to Trifecta and/or Trifecta's licensors and that Trifecta and/or its licensors retains exclusive ownership of the Platform. User shall not sell, copy, reproduce, transfer, publish, disclose, display or otherwise make available the Platform, access to the Platform, or any portions of the Platform including any modifications, enhancements, derivatives, and other materials developed hereunder by Trifecta to others in violation of this Agreement. User shall not remove any proprietary, copyright, trademark, or service ▇▇▇▇ legend from any portion of any of the Platform, including any modifications, enhancements, derivatives, and materials developed by Trifecta.
