Platform Implementation. Mercatus offers retained and hourly support services to assist Customers with the deployment of the platform acting as a key point of contact for Customer to assist with key internal coordination often required during the deployment of the platform. Services that are most common in such a role include but are not limited to: internal requirements gathering, understanding of key stakeholder and user needs, project and timeline management, and workflow and decision-making alignment. Customer may use this as follows: • Continued Organization Change Management Support during ICS phases • Change Requests to FRD as initially agreed during the initial ICS Analyze phase • New configurations requiring an ICS Process 2.1. Process Design & Consulting: Pre-implementation support, where a Customer may want to utilize a consultant to help define an optimal business process design.
