Common use of Platform Implementation Clause in Contracts

Platform Implementation. Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to integrate Customer Data into the Platform and configure and make available the Platform in accordance with timeline for implementation set forth in the applicable Order Form (if any). Provider will give Customer notice once the Platform is live and available for use by Authorized Users.
