Platform Construction. When any proposal for operations involves the construction and/or installation of a drilling and/or production platform, the maximum response time shall be sixty (60) days. When a proposal is for a caisson, well protector or similar structure, the maximum response time is thirty (30) days; however, if a drilling rig is on location and standby charges are accumulating, the maximum response time is forty-eight (48) hours.
