Platform Components Clause Samples
The 'Platform Components' clause defines the specific elements, tools, or modules that make up a software platform or service. It typically lists or describes the hardware, software, APIs, or other resources included as part of the platform offering, clarifying what is provided to the user or licensee. By clearly outlining what constitutes the platform, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings about the scope of deliverables and ensures both parties have a shared understanding of what is included in the agreement.
Platform Components. The Operator must ensure that each Deliverable that forms part of the Platform (Platform Component):
(a) integrates, interfaces and interoperates with all other parts of the Platform and all components of the Department System to the extent that integration, interfacing or interoperation is required to enable the Platform to conform to the Statement of Work; and
(b) once integrated or interfaced as part of the Platform, meets the requirements for that Deliverable set out in the Statement of Work.
