Platform Change the coordinated activities with NYSED prior to any requested or required changes to the EDP and hosting platform that may affect the service-level performance of any of the EDP environments. Any changes to the baseline project plan must be managed consistent with the SOW and documented change management procedures defined during the EDP implementation.
