PLASTERERS. For the purpose of this Agreement and in order to alleviate any misunderstandings, it is expressly understood and agreed by and between all Parties to this Agreement that while the Agreement is Province-wide in scope, “reference to Plasterers, means those Plasterers now and who hereafter become members of a Local Union. It is further agreed regarding Plasterers, that all conditions defined in this Agreement shall apply to only those Geographical Areas and Local Unions hereinafter defined.
PLASTERERS. On all other work, under ordinary conditions, there shall be one (1) Plaster Tender for up to every two (2) Plasterers on scratch and brown; provided, however, that where a plastering machine is used, or where unusual conditions exist, the Plastering Contractor and the Business Representative of the Local Union involved will attempt to make a decision as to the number of workers who will be employed depending on the conditions of the job; however, in the event the Plastering Contractor and the Business Representative are unable to agree within twenty-four (24) hours, then the final decision will be immediately resolved by the Joint Conference Board as provided in Article XVII.
PLASTERERS. When a gun is used and the diameter of the hose is one and one-half (1 ½) inches or larger, it will be tended by a Journey Hod Carrier or Hod Apprentice.
PLASTERERS. (i) The company will supply all floating rules, trammels, centres, buckets and sieves. Stands for Plasterer's mortar boards not less than 76 cm from the ground or where practicable and safe from a scaffold level will be provided for the Plasterer by the company when requested.
(ii) Plasterers will be provided with overalls when required to brush onto walls and ceilings, concrete, plasterweld or similar substances.
(iii) The approved brush and roller to perform the work in clause 9.4.1(d)(i) will be provided by the company.
