Plaque. Grantee shall have the right to install a plaque of suitable design, not larger than 81/2inch1; × 11inch1; on the Premises, at a point easily visible by the public, from a public way, which plaque shall name the architect, the date of construction and state that the Premises are subject to a Conservation Right held by Grantee. Grantor further agrees that Grantee shall have the exclusive right to exploit representations of the Premises in a tasteful manner on prints, photos, "T" shirts, literature and three dimensional items.
