Plans Covering Sample Clauses
Plans Covering only Employees of Equifax or Certegy Effective as of the Close of the Distribution Date or such later date as may be required by applicable law, union, or works council agreement, any Foreign Plan that covers only individuals employed outside the U.S. by the Equifax Group shall be the sole responsibility of the Equifax Group and no member of the Certegy Group shall have any Liability with respect to such a Plan; and any Foreign Plan that covers only individuals employed outside the U.S. by the Certegy Group shall be the sole responsibility of the Certegy Group and no member of the Equifax Group shall have any Liability with respect to such a Plan.
Plans Covering only Employees of PepsiCo or TRICON Effective as of the Close of the Distribution Date or such later date as may be required by applicable law, union, or works council agreement, any Foreign Plan that covers only individuals employed outside the U.S. by the PepsiCo Group shall be the sole responsibility of the PepsiCo Group and no member of the TRICON Group shall have any Liability with respect to such a Plan; and any Foreign Plan that covers only individuals employed outside the U.S. by the TRICON Group shall be the sole responsibility of the TRICON Group and no member of the PepsiCo Group shall have any Liability with respect to such a Plan.
