Common use of PLANS APPROVED BY THE DIRECTOR Clause in Contracts

PLANS APPROVED BY THE DIRECTOR. No work on improvements shall commence until improvement plans have been approved by the Director, one hundred percent (100%) of the plan check and inspection fees have been paid, and Developer’s performance security or surety has been furnished to, approved by, and accepted by the City as required by this Agreement and City ordinances.
