Planning Protocol. 5.1 Notice to [insert claim group notifiable body] (a) the State must, in respect of all development authorisations for notifiable acts on sensitive land granted during that month by a Minister of the Crown in right of South Australia or the Development Assessment Commission; and (b) each Council must in respect of all development authorisations for notifiable acts on sensitive land granted during that month by it, give [insert claim group notifiable body] copies of the relevant decision notification forms.
