Planned Development Plan. The Planned Development Plan shall 10 consist of the Development Plan Map prepared by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Engineering and dated 11 September 12, 2019 and this Development Agreement. The Planned Development Plan 12 is hereby approved and incorporated in this Ordinance by reference as Exhibit "B". The 13 Planned Development Plan shall be filed and retained for public inspection in the Planning 14 Department and it shall constitute a supplement to the Official Zoning Map of the City of
Planned Development Plan. The Development Plan Map is hereby approved 19 and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit "B".
