Plan Year 2009. Effective January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009, the Employer shall make a contribution sufficient to cover the premium costs for the Public Employees Benefit Board (PEBB) health, dental and basic life benefits chosen by each eligible full-time employee who has at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month.
