Plan Review and Evaluation Clause Samples
The Plan Review and Evaluation clause establishes the requirement for periodic assessment of a project's plans to ensure they meet specified standards and objectives. Typically, this involves scheduled reviews by designated parties who examine the plan's adequacy, feasibility, and compliance with contractual or regulatory requirements. By mandating regular evaluations, this clause helps identify potential issues early, facilitates necessary adjustments, and ensures the project remains aligned with its goals, thereby reducing the risk of costly errors or delays.
