Plan Requests. Within ninety (90) days of its receipt of a Plan Request, Tyler shall, at the County’s expense, develop an Implementation Plan. The terms of the Implementation Plan shall be in effect for ninety (90) days unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Tyler, at which time it shall expire unless the County executes an End User License Agreement incorporating the Implementation Plan. If the Implementation Plan expires, the County shall pay Tyler the costs and expenses incurred by Tyler in preparing the Implementation Plan.
