Plan Elections. Except as may be specifically provided otherwise under this Agreement or applicable Law, all participant elections (including, without limitation, deferral elections, payment elections, beneficiary designations, qualified domestic relations orders, qualified medical child support orders and loan agreements) with respect to the participation of a Healthcare Employee, Former Healthcare Employee, Electronics Employee, Former Electronics Employee, Tyco Employee or Former Tyco Employee in a Tyco employee benefit arrangement shall be transferred to and be in full force and effect under the corresponding and applicable Healthcare Plan or Electronics Plan in accordance with the terms of each such applicable plan and to the extent permissible under such plan, until such elections are replaced or revoked by the employee who made such election.
