Common use of Plan Document Acknowledgement Clause in Contracts

Plan Document Acknowledgement. In accepting the Option, Optionee acknowledges that he or she has received a copy of the Plan and the Agreement and has reviewed the Plan and the Agreement, including this Addendum, in their entirety and fully understands and accepts all provisions of the Plan and the Agreement, including this Addendum. Optionee further acknowledges that he or she has read and specifically and expressly approves the following paragraphs of the Agreement: Tax Obligations; No Employment Contract; Nature of Grant; Language; Governing Law and Venue; and the Data Privacy paragraph included in this Addendum.
