Plan Classification Controlling. The classification of Claims and ------------------------------- Interests for purposes of the distributions to be made under the Plan shall be governed solely by the terms of the Plan. The classifications and amounts of Claims, if any, set forth in the Ballots tendered or returned by the Debtors' creditors in connection with voting on the Plan (i) were set forth on the Ballots solely for purposes of voting to accept or reject the Plan, (ii) do not necessarily represent, and in no event shall be deemed to modify or otherwise affect the actual classification of such Claims or Interests under the Plan for distribution purposes and (iii) shall not be binding on the Debtors, the Estates, or the Reorganized Debtors.
