Plan Change/Amendment. To change/ amend a recommender, it is possible to complete the process within ten (10) days after the application date. Such change must be enclosed with consent from both the recommender and the applicant and submitted directly to the customer coordination division of Hylife. In addition, the fee of 3,000 baht for the change must be paid.
