Plan Brochure. (i) Notwithstanding the Sick Leave Plan noted above, the Employer agrees to pay employees an amount equal to any loss of benefits noted under the Sick Leave Plan for the first two (2) days of absence in the fourth and subsequent periods of Total Disability in a calendar year.
