Placard Sample Clauses
Placard. On or prior to the Closing Date, or as soon thereafter as practicable (and, in any event, within sixty (60) days of the Closing Date), the Grantor agrees to affix and maintain (or cause to be affixed and maintained), at its expense, a placard bearing the inscription: (such nameplate to be replaced, if necessary, with a nameplate reflecting the name of any successor Collateral Agent, in each case as permitted under the Financing Documents). Except as above provided, the Grantor will not allow the name of any Person to be placed on any Engine as a designation that might be interpreted as a claim of ownership.
Placard. On or prior to the Closing Date, or as soon thereafter as practicable (and, in any event, within sixty (60) days of the Closing Date), if permitted by applicable Law, the Grantors agree to affix to each Engine constituting Collateral and maintain (or cause to be affixed and maintained), at its expense, a placard bearing the inscription: (such nameplate to be replaced, if necessary, with a nameplate reflecting the name of any successor Collateral Agent, in each case as permitted under the Loan Documents). Such placards may be removed temporarily in the course of maintenance of the applicable Engine. Except as above provided, the Grantors will not allow the name of any Person to be placed on any Engine as a designation that might be interpreted as a claim of ownership.
Placard. Licensee shall maintain on the premises at the front desk in open view to the public a placard which shall designate Licensee as the owner and operator of the premises under a license from Licensor.
