Pipeline, with respect to the Pipeline Assets, has fulfilled all requirements for filings, certificates, disclosures of parties in interest, and other similar matters contained in (or otherwise applicable thereto by law, rule or regulation) any lease unit agreement, pooling agreement, communitization agreement, Basic Document or other document granting or governing the operation or maintenance of such interests and assets, and Pipeline is qualified to own, hold and exercise such rights under such lease unit agreements, pooling agreements, communitization agreements, Basic Documents or other documents.
