Pipe Location. Refer to Section 4-12.5 General Design Route Requirements, and Section 1. Line and grade to be established per the current Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction, Section 445.40 (b). Minimum utility cover is 30 inches. PVC and HDPE pipe shall not be exposed where damage may occur from ditch cleaning, fire, or traffic.
