Pipe Endings. ALL dead-end sections of pipe shall end with a hydrant where possible; otherwise a blow off valve. This shall include all main stubs into subdivisions in addition to the main runs. Fire and domestic services 4” and larger that require pressure testing shall also end with a blowoff valve installed outside of the public way.
