Common use of PIP Implementation Clause in Contracts

All Members, including SF, agree that the primary purpose of this 2018 Agreement is to successfully implement the PIP that the coordinated and collaborative process set forth in the Restated and Revised MOU is the agreed upon means for the Members to do so and that strategic management of the implementation is a critical part of the approach.
