Pioneer Connect. Pioneer Connect represents and warrants that: (a) its On-Net Service is designed, installed, provided, and maintained in compliance with applicable legal requirements; and (b) it possesses, and will maintain, all licenses, approvals, registrations and certifications required by regulators or other third parties to furnish its Services to Customer.
