Common use of PIN Security Clause in Contracts

PIN Security. To maintain security of the PIN, a Cardholder must: (a) try to memorise the PIN and destroy any written record of the PIN; (b) not disclose the PIN to anyone, including a friend or family member; (c) ensure no one is watching when the PIN is being entered into an Electronic Banking Terminal; and (d) not record or keep a record of the PIN on, near, or with the Card.
