Pickets. Employees shall perform all work as assigned or directed, including work on facilities jointly maintained with telephone or other companies, not withstanding the presence of a picket line or the existence of a labor dispute involving employees of any other employer, unless there is an imminent danger of physical harm.

Pickets. The Company recognizes that an individual may elect not to enter upon a non-client property involved in a primary labor dispute which has been sanctioned by the Union, it being understood that services will continue to be provided that are covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Pickets. Article 28:01 The Employer will not require employees to cross or otherwise fail to recognize a legal picket line. Employees shall not be required to cross an illegal picket line where there is risk of loss of life or limb.
Pickets. It shall be a violation of this Agreement and a proper subject of disciplinary action for any employee to refuse to cross or work behind any picket line at the City’s place of business or at any City job site. However, this section shall not be construed to require any employee to cross or work behind any primary picket line at any place other than the City’s place of business or at any City job site.
