Pick Committee Clause Samples

Pick Committee. The Employer and the Union will form a Pick Committee to do an advance review of each Roster Pick sign-up sheet. The Pick Committee will be comprised of two (2) management representatives, two (2) Operators and a Union Executive. The Pick Committee shall meet for one-half (1/2) day to discuss the draft Roster sign-up sheet and consider possible changes at least seven (7) calendar days prior to posting. A copy of the Roster Pick sign-up sheet and available rosters will be made available to the representative of the Union on or before the posting of the sign-up.
